emirayes has terrible customer service

I experienced an awful encounter at Birmingham International Airport, the ground staff were extremely rude threatening. I have made a complaint about it nearly 3 weeks ago. I have had no response or communication from Emirate customer care. That is absolutely not acceptable from a company such as Emirates airlines.
