Emirates worst airline in the world!!!

<p>I left yesterday from Johannesburg to Dubai</p> <p> First our flight was delayed by an hour then another 30 mins as the Dubai airport requested they add more fuel. Then as we approached Dubai they were requested to add another 40 mins to the flight. When I got to Dubai my flight was cancelled to Rome and I had to check this online as it did not even show on the boards. I asked Emirates numerous tomes the reason for the delay and they could not answer me I then saw on he news an Emirates plane crash landed at Dubai. At the main connexion center there are 4 people who need to assist over a thousand people and the people in front are the people who crash landed filling out insurance. Surely after this traumatic experience Emirates could be more sympathetic and call them to one side to assist</p> <p> I have founder another connexion Centre and there are 3 people helping 1to 2 people every hour. I am stuck with this terrible airline and my expensive holiday to Italy ruined waiting over 6 hours not even ear the front of the queue. If the customer service for such a big airline is so terrible one can only wonder how safe the aircraft are? Surely such a big company cannot afford to operate in such an inefficient way. Use Emirates at your peril</p> <p> If you survive the aircraft you may not survive the customer service. I am going to try and switch airlines for my return flight as it seems very risky to fly onemirates.</p>
