Emirates stole my luggage

<p>On the 13July 2016, Fawzia Beg was booked on flight Ek0768 going from Johannesburg to Dubai and from Dubai to Singapore for a month long holiday. Before boarding she was told that the Cabin crew forgot one of her bags. This bag happened to be the most impotant bag for the trip as it contained items for the Dubai trip including new clothing , perfumes and watches for her children in Singapore. At the airport a coloured gentleman wearing SAA uniform told her that the tags of her bag have been removed and the location for the bag unknown. Further to this an Indian gentleman working for Emirates confirmed that he will personally see to it that her bags will be on the next flight to Dubai and that she shouldn't worry. No bag reached Dubai!!!!!!Holiday spoilt!!!!no clothing to wear!!!!</p> <p> Emirates sent a claim form for us to fill in on the 20 July 2016 for processing, but when we followed up on the 16 August 2016 in SA, she was told to fill in another claim form as if they DID NOT receive the first claim, To date we have not heard from Emirates or SAA or anyone on this matter. On the flight (0355)EK761 going to South Africa at SAA, her granddaughters Money and Souveniours were ****** out of her bag.... </p> <p>Question, we entrusted the airport, Emirates, SAA, O.R. Fu#*ing Tambo to look after our belongings. This is the reason why our tickets or so damn expensive. Are we just to write our belongs off as a bad debt???OR allow Rogues to ***** our Bags?</p>
