Emirates Service Provider Sucks

travelled with emirates on the 13 October 2018 to Bahrain, bag was lost and damaged, no compensation for delayed bag. on my return to jhb reported the damaged to bag and your agent collected the bag on the 19/10/2018 for repairs.

last week Wednesday was promised to have my bag on Friday, still have not received it and no follow from Emirates or your agent,
