Emirates Service Delivery a Failure

My brand new luggage, specifically purchased for vacation trip was damaged on Emirates flight. The wheel section is cracked and breaking off. I was promised a replacement luggage piece on 13th June by Emirates staff at destination airport. Emirates failed to deliver replacement bag as promised. I subsequently phoned to chase up at least 3 times during my holiday, with no success. I was since forced to travel to the next country and back home with a broken luggage bag. I'm now back home and was 'promised' collection of the damaged piece yesterday only to still be waiting for Emirates to collect it. When following up today; now only the 5th time with Emirates; am advised the case file from your side is closed.....

This is most certainly not the type of service I expect from Emirates. Rest assured, I will make a concerted effort to avoid flying with Emirates in future as they have proven irresponsible, clumsy and uncommitted as a service provider. Most certainly not the same company they were 7 years ago.
