emirates seats

<p>good day </p> <p>i flew from Toronto to Dubai on 19 october on EK242 emirates airlines - SEAT 49J</p> <p> </p> <p>while the airline is very comfortable and pleasant , i experienced a problem with the TV ,and no resolution or explanation was given to me on board. the tv froze and switched itself off after 15 or so minutes ? extremely frustrating for a 13 hour flight.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have used Emirates in both Business class and economy in the past 3 weeks , and i do enjoy it very much usually, im impressed with your service ...however a little dissapionted from this flight :(</p> <p> </p> <p>regards </p> <p>Graeme Todes </p> <p> ********** </p> <p> </p>
