Emirates poor service and stole my luggage

My luggage got lost from joannesburg to singapore 8 dec 2018. After a week by bags arrived , chrismas presents, make up, handbag gone. Just wrapping left and 2 items that did not belong to me. After emails and photos....emirates did nothing. Did not even respond to emails. Never ever will travel with emirates.
