Emirates Poor service

Terrible to see all the negative comments regarding Emirates service. I too have no more respect for them. Booked and paid for a flight out of South Africa on the 30th November 2021. Still waiting for a refund. Not interested in delaying my ticket for 2 years. I would rather fly another airline. - Pay back the money.
