Emirates poor service

We had the worst experience of life by traveling with Emirates earlier this year with 3 elderly people age passenger 1. 60yrs 2. 72yrs and 3.75yrs old family members, we booked 3 wheelers chairs and only 1 wheel chairs was provided we struggled walking from 1 cable car to another... only in Dubai.. and they said the don't know any think nothing on the system.. then if not why did other airports offer both departure and arrival... very rude and unprofessional staff... very angry don't even deserve 1 star
