Emirates NBD service

Really disappointed in ENBD service. Not receiving OTP for 6 days now, call center does not work (you cant get through), the automated system wont let you speak to an operator and keeps you going in circles with irrelevant choices. None of which help this problem.

Log a complaint online: no response and still no help.

Visit a branch: Told to contact call center, they cant help. and so the circles continues.

Wish ENBD was as helpful as Noorbank.
