Emirates made me starv for 22hvrs

Hello Emirates I'm Praneeth Nekkalapu and I have booked a ticket from Capetown to Hyderabad India with R11600 my travelling was on 8th January 2021, I heard a lot good about Emirates and I booked a ticket for first time but that All are bull**** you guys treated me very very badly I have holt for 22hvrs in Dubai but I thought you guys provide hotel as per the rules you didn't you guys said because of COVID-19 if that is the case why you guys allowing book Hotels and I thought you guys atleast provide food coupons but you didn't.my cards was not working unfortunately i explained everything to your guys they didn't respond properly I was starving Hole day(today) with food or water, I won't book or refer to any one in my life.Ethiopia airways is far better than yours i don't want to given even that one Star also but I have to give rating to write a review
