Emirates just dont care

Emirates does not honour their policies and get away with it. They have a policy that when you have problems like a car that breaks down they must help you within 2 hours of the missed flight It is called a flat tire policy The ignore this and let you pay again for the flight although you paid for a return flight, All the time the flight back shows active and your seats and flight number gets send via cellphone On departing you learn that your seats have been sold to someone else again and you are destined It cost nearly R54 000 to have flights there and back because Emirates are so big they just dont care It is a shocking way of making money
