Emirates is there actually anyway on earth that someone can get hold of you?

I have been trying to get hold of Emirates for 2 days now. When you telephone a robot tells you " if you are not flying tomorrow' phone back later". If you go onto their website the "live chat" is never up. There is no email address under their contact options. Their " ask me a question" window" always states that itcannot find any amswer to you question.
