Emirates flights are downgrading FAST

My parents recently paid a substantial amount for two tickets as Emirates is usually classed as the "best" whether you fly business or economy. Unfortunately they paid for nothing as the cabin crew mostly slept at the back of the plane not helping anyone, hardly offered any water or drinks and waited until one hour before landing (from a 9 hour flight) to serve the food. When the food was served there was no more stock of one of the options, so what's the point of giving options.

Pathetic service!

Try spending less money on the outfits and hats and more money on the training of friendly staff and better stock take of food.
