Emirates does not want you to pay for their flight

We are trying to book a flight online with Emirates Airlines as we have done yearly for the last 8 years. Their website, which used to work perfectly, has recently been \updated"and made extremely difficult to navigate as it does not make much sense. When asked for payment one can only pay via credit card if you are the person travelling Alternatively you can travel for miles to their offices with a wad of money to pay - gone are the days when one can make a EFT (like most businesses do) or pay by credit card when someone else is the actual passenger...<br> Emirates is starting to suck - do not use such companies that do not even respond to complaints not have a complaints desk to sort out their ****!!!"""
