EMIRATES CALL CENTER TERRIBLE SERVICE DECLINED MY CARD BUT DEBITED ME AND WONT RETURN MY FUNDS

i booked with emirates my card was debited emirates then rejected booking saying insufficient funds...checked with fnb i had funds got this SMS FNB :-) R3154.66 reserved for purchase @ Emirates-aed from FNB card a/c..277000 using card..7037.14Sep 13:07 have gone back and forth and FNB cant locate or reverse my money because emirates havent cancelled the booking with their bank standard bank to release my money i tried 2 cards and 1 the money reflected back after and hour when booking was rejected but the other is still pending 30 hrs later !!! please return my money !!!
