Emirates Business Class is useless for disabled people

Emirate is a disgusting airline. I have a fast progressing degenerative disease which is terminal and in a special wheelchair. For my last ever trip i flew business class to athens from South Africa. my wheelchair was damaged beyond repair. It means I cannot move between point a and b, including to the toilet, Its been several days and emirates has still not sorted the problem. If you have a problem, its impossible to get a human to address it. if you disabled never use them. Besides this damage we had significant problems at dubai on returning and were forced to wait 2 hours before being taken to the business lounge.
