Emirates baggage claim unresolved

PIR *** My luggage was damaged on an Emirates flight to Athens on 29 Sept. Despite submitting 2 claims with photographs and continued follow up, the matter has not been resolved for 2 months. I have had no contact from the company and find the experience extremely unprofessional
