Emirates bad services

My father had a terrible experience on Emirates flights EK773 and EK021.

The level of service was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we once associated with Emirates. It is clear that the airline no longer maintains the quality and reputation it once had.

We will not be using Emirates again and will be switching to British Airways for future travel.
