Emirates and damaged luggage

I always fly business class with Emirates. I flew in March 2019- perfect . I flew again in July 2019, landed at OR Tambo airport and a brand new suitcase was demolished. The entire wheel on the one side was **********. It’s taken since July to try sort this out. Nothing. I called the sandton office who referred me to the call centre. The call centre said to call ACSA. ACSA sent me from pillar to post and eventually denied all responsibility and referred me to Bidair. Eventually I had a “Tsulu” that said they’ll call me back and I’ve called and left massages and nothing..... seems no one takes responsibility for damaged luggage lease of all Emirates. It’s a pity. I quite enjoy Emirates. All my colleagues and family fly Emirates but none have booked flights since my incident. Seems word of mouth works . Learn a lesson Emirates . I suppose I’ll fly Qatar airways from now on .
