Emirates Airlines unable to answer a simple question

I’ve been trying fiur four days to get a siple answer from Emirates regarding Covid 19 requirements for connecting passengers in South Africa. I e-mailed them, spoke to call centre, Linkendin, Messenger on FC and e-mail their PRO Dubai and still no clear answer. How is it possible that the best airline in the world in nit capable to answer a simple question?
