EMIRATES AIRLINES ARE PATHETIC AND UNHELPFUL ON SUPPORT SERVICE

Pathetic service from Emirates. We are a group of 10 travellers from South Africa who reached Pakistan on 12 October 2021. A few days into the trip we found out that our return flights to SA have been cancelled. Emirates REFUSES to assist.The will not find seats for us. They can provide business class but we need to pay for it. Complete and utter nonsense because they have cancelled the flights without contacting us. We have been to La**** headoffice and its hitting a brick wall. We are now stranded in a foreign currently and Emirates who gladly took our money when we initially booked refuses to provide assistance. Can someone from Emirates please respond because I will be engaging legal council to tear this airline to compensate for this and the mental stress we are being made to endure.
