Emirates airline

Was so happy with the flights until my luggage arrived back at Oliver Tambo. Went to baggage to lodge a complaint - met with a disinerested normal wear + tear!! To add insult to injury - literally impossible to get a response from Emirates Airline - most addresses bounce bac**** So easy to do booking etc online - but complaints - no way!!!! Bad end to a good trip. THANK YOU EMIRATES
