DOUBLE BILLING FOR AIRFARE

In September 2015 I booked through a travel agent in Durban for a flight to Turkey via Emirates Airlines. On my return I discovered that Emirates had deducted the airfare twice off my credit card. I brought this to my Travel Agents attention who immediately contacted Emirates Airlines. Every week they promise to refund me and to date (end of January 2016) I have still not received the refund, despite the Travel Agent going through to their Head Office in Dubai to try and resolve the problem. They continually come back with false promises of the refund. Such a rich airline with such poor customer service.
