Don't Use Emirates

I spoke with Bechir from emirates customer services regarding a delayed flight and trying to organise some assistance to expedite my transfer through Dubai International to make a connection. Bechir refused to even notify anyone or even attempt to contact someone regarding my matter. When I asked to speak to the manager the conversation was terminated.
