DONT BOTHER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I look forward to a reply on my initial complaint but regret to advise you it was not the only customer service failure that we experienced using the airline. No response on either complaint. On each of the four legs of our trip - to Cape Town to Dubai, Dubai to Prague, Budapest to Dubai and Dubai to Cape Town - the planes were delayed. The disingenuous excuse that \the delay is due to the inbound plane being delayed"rings hollow when you have heard it four out of four times.<br> <br> The food vouchers provided require you to stand in endless queues for tables at restaurants which have open seats but only have a few reserved for voucher holders. This is rather frustrating when you have been travelling for more than 10 hours at a stretch. I can tell you honestly that I will never recommend this airline to anybody and"
