Do not have a headache on an Emirates flight

Good day, my mom, Rosemary Pillay, has been travelling on Emirates for the past 15 years. Earlier today she was on a direct flight from Dubai to Cape Town (EK773-664) with my little sister Ashwara Pillay. She was on board the flight and asked the flight attendant for a headache tablet because she had a headache. The flight attendant came back and asked her to leave the flight while my sister could stay- my mothers hand luggage was already taken off the flight. My little sister was forced to fly without her mother. My mother was put on a flight tomorrow ****h July) and asked to wait at the airport - no hotel accommodation was provided to her for her inconvenience, neither was any kind of policy reasoning given to her for the irrational decision. She is still at the airport and was told to book her own hotel. Are your staff not trained adequately? How is it alright that they treat patrons in this absolutely disgusting manner! My mother was discriminated against and treated like a second class citizen. This is hugely disappointing from Emirates- our family has always enjoyed flying with Emirates until now. Where in the Emirates policy is it stated that patrons cannot have headaches? As stated, the experience is hugely disappointing.
