Do NOT fly Emirates

During our recent travel an expensive luggage item was damaged. I followed the correct Emirates procedure to open a claim, received a claim reference number, but it has been 4 weeks now and after several phone calls still haven’t received any feedback. I will replace my luggage bag at my own cost, but strongly recommend NOT flying with Emirates. They do not stand by their promises!!!
