Dishonest emirates refused us boarding for their own mistake in booking

Booked a flight with Flight center for my sister in Law. Cape town to Cebu (Philippines) through Singapore. When we arrived at the airport, we were told she will not be able to board plane as Emirates does not accept the connecting flight in Singapore. I asked the emirates representative (Denzil) why they would sell us a ticket which they they themselves accept ad he put the blame on the flight center agency. This of course is a complete lie as they would also not been able to book the flight for us if Emirates would not allow it themselves!

Luckily Flight center managed to book us a new ticket with Qatar airways and my sister in-law was able to fly the next day , so we are grateful to Flight center for sorting it out for us #WIN. but Emirates Airlines should be ashamed of themselves.

I used to fly Emirates often in the past but from now on will avoid it like the plague!
