Disgusting unprofessional service

Myself and my family have been flying with emirates for the last 13years we book upto 10 international flights a year.I decided to extended my stay in Cape Town I was told to go to the airport to change it,then once at airport they told me got to the Cape Town office.I was dealt with by the rudest woman I've been twice and served by the same woman.I gave all my flight details and told her when I needed to fly back the first time I couldn't believe the cost to change my flight she was so rude she looked at me and said take it or leave it enjoy your day bye while looking at the computer.I went 2weeks later to pay and book my flight again again I have her all the details told her I live abroad and booked my flight in the UK.She quoted me R1700 to change my flight I confirmed everything again and went to withdraw the cash when I came to pay 10mins later she's tells me sir it's R3300 I was like but why did you tell me it's R1700 she was adamant it's not her problem pay it or leave it.I was dissapointed by the service we spend so much an book flight through my company aswell for this pathetic service.I think we goin to rather go back to KLM
