delayed luggage

4 pieces of luggage delayed ( last one 4 days). Airlink saying it s Emirates- Emirates pointing to Airlink and AIG insurer asking ridiculous amount of paperwork. All this in December 2022. been sending emails etc all the time. No compensation what soever..
