Decrease in service from Emirates

For years we have been travelling with Emirates. My recent trip to India was quite unpleasant with the drastic decrease in service from Emirates. Air craft was not as clean as it should be. Flight from Dubai to Joburg was delayed by more than 45 minutes with no communication after boarding. Meals were shocking where some passengers did not receive meals at all. Previously Emirates would offer a variety of drinks on a regular basis, now it is just with meals. A very large passenger who should have been asked to take 2 seats was next to my mom and she was uncomfortable the entire flight as he was half over her. The aircraft was old and definitely not up to the Emirates standard that I previously knew.
