Damaged luggage

After a week of waiting for my bag to be found, it then gets delivered to me in a cardboard box! It is so utterly destroyed it doesn’t even have the lid section of the bag anymore! No explanation, no apology, not a word from them when I now email. Unacceptable business practice and service.
