Damaged baggage

<p>Ww went on holiday in January, and my bag got damaged. I called the call centre, and was informed by the lady that I would be contacted. Er a few weeks I accessed the online chat to follow up, the gentleman said nothing had been logged, but he will ensure that someone would contact me. To date, I still have not been contacted by anyone. This is absolute appalling, so I guess I will never fly Emirates again, will also share my story so my friends don't have to experience the assume. </p>
