Customer Service non existent

Logged a query with Emirates at the beginning of December 2019. It’s now 9th February. Still no feedback or resolution. Customer care is non existent and constantly says they will get back to you. Social media team says the same thing. Emirates office can not help. Numerous follow ups sent and still no response. Pathetic for a leading airline. Plus I was a gold skywards member.
