Customer service?.

Not helpful staff, had to ask twice for assistance with overhead baggage space. Waited 30 min for a call to be answered, I needed water for tablets. I pre-ordered a veg meal, which the guy next to me received and I was left having no meal. I find this absolutely unacceptable from a preferred airline such as emirates
