Booking with Emirates - Stole Money, Against CPA

I am planning a trip to New York and decided to book our tickets with Emirates,as I thought that they were a reputable company with good service.I was satisfied with a return ticket for 2 people for the cost of R19 733, 44 all inclusive (VAT, airport fees etc.)I went through the online booking process, and to my utter shock and surprise at the last step it said that the price of the ticket had changed to an amount of approximately R7000 more.I thought that this was bad luck and the tickets were taken.This was at 11:00am this morning.I immediately went in to check the price of the exact same tickets and was happy/surprised to find the exact same tickets at the same price i.e. R19 733,44. However again at the last step it increased the price by R7000.I thereafter spent 3 hours on my cell phone with the international call centre.They saw the flights that I wanted to book at the lower price,but was also unable to book for me.I just checked the same tickets again now at 23:00, and the tickets say they cost R19733,44.Though again at last step the price changes to R26 647,44.I booked the flights at the higher price,as was afraid would be sold out, though require a refund on the difference
