Billing and Call Centre

I had to change my surname on my booking and was charged R600.00 by Emirates to change a single entry. Not only was this a really frustrating call with very baie audio, but it took the operator 32min to do this change. This is unacceptable, and in my opinion something that should have been allowed to do online. If this is for security reason, why do we pay R600.00. I fly monthly aboard for business, but this will be my last Emirates flight.
