Beware of Emirates multi-risk insurance fine print

The Emirates multi-risk insurance during covid is a marketing stunt. Our trip to UAE got canceled the night before departure due to UAE red list addition, and not possible to travel due to my wife’s pregnancy. We booked flights, car rental and transfers through Emirates.com. Post cancellation flights refunded less £100 extra baggage, unused car rental refusing to refund, visas and covid tests no insurance coverage as we didn’t actually contract covid. Family has lost almost £1k, beware of Emirates marketing slogans
