Beware

My wife and I flew to Hamburg on the 20th of June via Dubai with Emirates Airlines from OR Tambo. Two of the three Luggage bags wheels were damaged and when we arrived in Hamburg we had to carry them as the wheels were running skew and was not turning and spinning the way they should. They were in 100% working condition we booked the cases in. When the cases are empty they turn and spin with difficulty, when packed it does not turn and spin. When enquiring where the Emirates Office / desk is we were informed that there is none on Hamburg airport. I have contacted Emirates on several occasions but they do not even respond.
