Best Customer Service Ever!

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I am writing this review on behalf of my mother as she recently travelled with Emirates and the experience was amazing.</p> <p>It was her first time travelling abroad and we were quite nervous as she is chronic diabetic. She was traveling with her insulin and all her medication.</p> <p>She was so impressed with the cabin staff.... they took her insulin and kept in the fridge and checked up on her regularly and showed so much concern.</p> <p>She was surprised at the level of Customer Service and was even more impressed when she came back and the experience was exactly the same.</p> <p>She travelled to Dubai on the 30th of November with the 20:00 flight from CT and returned on the</p> <p>15th of November from Dubai with the 12:45 flight to Cape Town.</p> <p>Please pass on this compliment to all the staff, their excellent service and courtesy was really appreciated.</p> <p>My mom actually went on Umrah (pilgrimage) and she has been promoting Emirates.
