Bags damaged

Abit disappoint in Emirates!!! This was our second time flying with Emirates and the price was more costly than other airlines we received quotes from but decided to go ahead and book with them as the 1st time was amazing. This time was not as amazing. Firstly my 2 children travelled with my husband and myself by 6 year old kept getting kids items from hostesses but when I asked them to give my 10 year old daughter they gave a colour in book 3 out of the 4 legs we travelled. Secondly where kids meals was order one leg they mislooked my daughter again which is ok she did receive an adult meal or rather sandwich. But the reason for me typing this message is because 2of our bags had been broken I have sent an email to Emirates I also called them and was told they couldnt assist I should wait for an emailed response which I havent received yet. Im really disappointed with Emirates as after service is not visible at this stage
