Baggage claim Emirates

Our baby's pram was damaged on our return flight from India. we arrive night on 16/9/2016. We issued a report REF JNBWL19950 flight JNBEK0765/16.

We received a call from a company that fixes luggage who Emirates outsouced. Louis Datnow Luggage, who then sent a driver on 27/9/16 to collect the pram from me.

On 22 October we called them after calling so many other times. their service sucks and no feedback. Completely and utterly poor. We were told Pram ready and will be delivered. A guy brought it over . Only to find the the wrong part "top tray " Graco pram with I don't know what part was used with was unsteady . He didnt tell us that the pram wasnt fixed properly. When my husband picked up teh problem he then said it was just for the weekend for us to use this. We sent it back and requested that it is sent when correctly fixed. In end December I called emiirates for I have not received any feedback from this disgusting company. Spoke to a lady IVY at baggage , she called the company and verified my story. I asked her to call me with regards to the way forward. to day 16/2/17 5 months from date of travel NOTHING has happened. We had to be inconviencened over the weekends and festive holidays.

I called JAbu from Emirates now and gave her the same story as I gave IVY. I hope to hear from her.

Louis Datnow Luggage have never contacted us from 22/10/2016 .

I don't want the pram . 5 moths have passed.

Emirated we often use your awesome airline but your after sales service stinks.

I want another pram or the cash for the pram . You decide.

Thiruvashnie Padayachee

********** 476
