Bad services

<p>Hi,<br />Hope you are well.</p> <p>My Sister had a flight from South Africa to Dubai.<br />As you know the ticket of emirates airline is not cheap and it is 8.5 hours fly.<br />As you see at the picture, the button for adjustment of chair was broken and my sister could not adjust the chair. <br />She asked from زabin crew and flight crew to fix it or change her sit but they said to her they cannot help her and she must tolerate and stand it ؟!!!!!!.<br />My sister now has a pain at her back.<br />Who is responsible for it? How emirates selected as one of the top ranking airline?<br />They received our money (Ticket is not cheap near 1050 US dolar) but their services and behavior is very bad and their plan has a problem?!!!!!</p> <p>I am not happy from their services, customer care, behavior and responsibility.<br />They did not try fix the issue and force us to tolerate and stand it?!!!!!</p> <p>Best regards</p>
