Bad experience

This is the second time that I am on a 9 hour flight from Dubai to Cape Town and I had the same problem. The service is excellent and the staff on your airlines are absolutely fantastic. However there always appear to be a person in the seat in front of me who then early in the flight will recline his/her chair so that my tv scream is in my face. I do not mind if it is a few inches but every time the person will just fully recline without considering me in the seat behind. Today's flight was EK772 and my seat was 19D. My experience today was absolutely awful because the lady even left her seat like that during meal times. As I mentioned earlier, it was not the first time. In 2015 the gentleman had a tummy problem and his seat was completely reclined all the way . When I complained to the host, she said that she can't do anything about it. It really is not acceptable that some travellers must be so inconvenienced on a long flight.
