I made a desperate call on Friday afternoon for assistance with a re-issue on an old un-utilised ticket. Working in a call center environment and doing re-issue calculations is quite challenging not to mention that the ticket was issued on the old fare structure, expiring on that day and on a crazy Friday afternoon!!! <br> My call was answered by Estelle Barnes and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
