Atrocious service from Emirates

Emirates customer service is shocking. We arrived back from Sri Lanka via Dubai on Sunday the 8th of Jan. They didn’t deliver one of our bags. We have been struggling since then to get this bag delivered to us at home. Every person we speak to tells us a different story. I am thoroughly fed up and disappointed.
