@emirates #flybetter not better??????

My sons bsg*** was lost by Emirates airline. It was not loaded onto his flight on the 9/1/19. To date it has not been found. Trying to communicate with Emirates is very difficult. You have to go through a call centre which is literally a telephone exchange. They keep saying someone will get back to you. To date not one email and only one phone call from the office at Ortia who are actually dysfunctional. Worst experience with an airline ever.
