Appauling Service Emirates!!!

Review Refference number JNB/X/RM/030218/ ********** appauling service received from Emirates customer affairs manager Ronel Mostert .. we need senior management to look into this matter as after several attempts of contacting her and also recently visited the Emirates office in Sandton we have still not received any feedback from her ...... do we fly Emirates again!!!! Disgusting service..... !!!!!crying for help !!!!!!!who will be contacting us as this query is pending since January 2018 .. 9 months now!!!!!!!wow!!!!!we a frequent flyers and this is unacceptable ..hence the plea for help ....
