Appalling booking service from Emirates in South Africa

In trying to book a Dubai stopover from South Africa via Flight Centre, I witnessed the bad service of the local office with very little help, gross errors and extremely long turnaround times on any queries. They wanted to charge me R 7,000 per person for a 5 hour Dubai city tour! Absolutely appalling service!
